Service
FlowFund helps users organize cash flow, understand upcoming obligations, and choose how much money can safely move toward spending, debt payoff, savings, and investing priorities.
FlowFund is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, money transmitter, or custodian. FlowFund does not hold user funds. Bank transfers are initiated only after user confirmation through supported payment processors or the user's connected financial institution.
Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. The app onboarding flow requires users to confirm this before account creation.
Financial Information
Users authorize FlowFund and its providers to access connected account data for app functionality. This may include balances, account metadata, transactions, recurring charges, income signals, investment holdings, and payment-account verification data.
Users are responsible for confirming that connected accounts, route recommendations, Proposed Moves, and transfer instructions are accurate before taking action.
Payments
Proposed Moves require explicit user confirmation before any transfer is initiated. Transfers are processed by providers such as Plaid Transfer or Teller Payments and are subject to provider terms, bank rules, and rail availability.
FlowFund does not guarantee instant settlement, provider approval, account eligibility, rail availability, or transfer completion.
Investment Information
FlowFund may show an investing priority ladder and educational guidance. This is not financial advice. Users should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
Subscriptions
FlowFund Pro is offered through Apple in-app purchase using StoreKit 2. Subscription pricing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and free-trial eligibility are managed by Apple and the user's App Store account.
Data Deletion
Users can request account and data deletion from Settings. FlowFund will request provider token revocation and delete or de-identify retained app data according to the published privacy policy and legal retention requirements.
